I had my wife`s 2022 JLU High Tide towed to Park Jeep because it was dead in the water, the start button would not wake up the vehicle and the window was stuck down due to the condition. Jackson, the sales rep was awesome listening to us and helped us find a used car that we were looking for our teenage driver. My Jeep is 20 years old and finding the right soft top replacement was difficult, but when I did, he and the crew got it on and it looks great. Great purchase experience, however only have driven the used car for 2k miles and squeaking has started. The dealership says because of the time they can’t help! The car was used and purchased as is but they aren’t willing to even help with cost of diagnostic. I’m very disappointed and will not be referring anyone to this dealership if looking for a used car.
I had very quick and informative service from Nick my service writer. Also was able to get a loaner vehicle while mine was repaired. They were constantly up-to-date speed on my service being done and completed in timely manner. Highly recommend this dealership!!

I ordered a vehicle in early February 2022 and due to supply chain issues, the vehicle did not arrive until early October 2022. My sales advisor kept in constant contact, giving me relevant updates as needed. When my vehicle did arrive, the purchase experience was quick and easy. Last time I dealt with Park Jeep it was for my 1988 jeep Cherokee limited..had a bad experience...forward to 2022 and other than the new construction it's the same old scrubs still working there...doing things exactly as they did in 1988 haggle you to death...low ball my trade play the numbers game to show me how they can make it LOOK like I'm paying less?hahaha they had the only diesel gladiator in 200 miles...I got my jeep but I swear it'll be another 30years before I step in that store again

Worst service I have ever received from a company. I was working with the dealership and another vendor. The dealership spoke with the vendor more than 3 times and myself 2 times to coordinate services. The vendor is being paid by me to go to the dealership and is coming from over 2 hrs away. There was a mix up with our application that was due to a different finance person there. However, Haiying Yu was able to turn things around and get all the financials approved and ready to go. She was efficient, and we really appreciate her going above and beyond to get us our vehicle.
